90 DAY REPAIR/REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, NO REFUNDS!
APPLIANCE & AIR SOLUTIONS shall repair appliance free of charge or replace appliance with an item of same value within 90 days of purchase if the appliance fails mechanically. Exceptions: Misuse or abuse; improper transportation and/or set up; improper use of appliance; any modifications. Should APPLIANCE & AIR SOLUTIONS need to make repairs, said repairs shall be completed within 7 business days of notification. This is an IN-SHOP policy, meaning that unless APPLIANCE & AIR SOLUTIONS Delivered & Installed the appliance, customer must bring the appliance to APPLIANCE & AIR SOLUTIONS for repair or replacement. There is a $40 Service Fee If we have to come out and do the repairs or to diagnose and find a problem that is not ours. APPLIANCE AIR SOLUTIONS shall not be responsible for any damage caused by appliance failure such as food loss or flooding. APPLIANCE AIR SOLUTIONS shall not be responsible for any damage caused by appliance installation such as: water leaks, torn floors and scratched cabinets and/or walls. All repair or replacement policies are null and void should any of the aforementioned exemptions be discovered.This policy shall be in effect for 90 days from the date on the invoice. |
